Hey Lauren, I loved the post. Especially since I just started treating a young girl who stutters. Mom was happy to have some tips as I shared the freebie you posted on Playing with Words 365. However, the freebie is gender specific and I am treating a female patient. I know stuttering is more common in boys, but I think the mom would have loved something more neutral. She commented that I had mistakenly typed “he/him” instead of “she/her”. A little suggestion for the future!

Thanks for the feedback Emily! I guess it’s just a habit, since I hate writing “they” lol. If you email me at busybeespeech@gmail.com I can send you a more neutral one. 🙂 Thanks
