SLP Product Giveaway and a FREEBIE!

October 10, 2013

Have you been enjoying this week of blogiversary celebration fun?  It’s not quite over yet!  I’ve got a cute new freebie and an AWESOME giveaway happening today!

If you follow me on instagram, you might remember me posting this pic of my cutesie speech tote:

Well, I am so excited to tell you that Dean Trout, the creator of these cute bags, has generously given one of these fabulous totes to share with you!  Check out how cute they are 🙂

Just enter to win in the Rafflecopter at the bottom of this post!

Now to check out a cute new freebie!  You may remember my hot cocoa speech game last winter or my Easter treat game last spring.  Well, Candy Corn Speech is along the same premise…just October themed!

This game is open-ended and is made to be played with REAL candy corn!  Super motivating for my kiddos.

To play, each student gets a treat bag mat.  Students then perform the desired task (i.e. answer a question, say their target sounds, use a fluency strategy).  If they respond correctly, they choose a candy corn card.

These cards tell them how many candy corns they can put on their treat bag mat.  But watch out!  Mr. Pumpkin loves candy and will make you give your candy corn away.

Also included in this pack is an open-ended candy corn themed game board!  Isn’t it cute?

I just finished prepping these materials to use next week!  All I need is the candy corn!  Haha!

What do you think?  You can grab this game for free HERE!  Don’t forget to enter the rafflecopter for the cute tote bag!

This tote is just adorable! I would love to use this to carry around my materials…right now I am using an old ugly fold up bag…this would add some style to my materials! 🙂

I’m always looking for a way to spice up articulation therapy. Even though the word cards wont change, just having a new game board to play, and getting to eat candy corn, will make the students feel as if it’s all brand new!

The bag & game is adorable! Guess I just “thought” I was through making materials for the month! I’m turning the printer back on and heating up my laminator! I’m going to use this with almost all of my groups! They’re going to LOVE it! Thank you!

Bags, I love bags. Sometimes I am convinced that all I do is carry bags from one place to another. But since I live quite a distance away from my job (140 miles round trip), they are necessary to carry all my data and materials around. Thanks for the giveaway!

The bag is super cute and is the perfect size to carry materials, files, etc. I love the activity as well. It can be used with so many different students. I love that it has candy and jack o’ lanterns. Some schools I have worked in have strict policies against doing any thing “scary” at Halloween.
